Good day to everybody…

I have a question and I hope that I will find an answer in this forum…

For Mysql 3 and 4 (I know) that there is an API that in case you use it in any application there is no need to declare parameters in the appropriate ODBC drive.

Does anybody know if there is also for Mysql 5 any similar API?
Thank you very much for your help…

Is this what you are referring to?
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/c.html

Then yes it is distributed with mysql and freely usable.
