I am getting error in Slave in auto replication realtime

Query caused different errors on master and slave. Error on master: 'Query execution was interrupted' (1317), Error on slave: 'no error' (0). Default database: 'xxxx'. Query: 'delete from tablename where columnname='columnvalue''

I have not found any error in query while executing on server but encountered in replication. Earlier this was coming very rarely but from last 2-3 days encounters continuosly.

Please help

Is it possible that some script which is doing this query, is being killed by timeout in the middle of deletion process?
