Hello! I'm running a website, and so far I've been trying to optimize most of the stuff myself but it seems I'm failing to do so, since the load still increases every day...

I don't seem to have the proper experience to tackle Queries / MySQL Settings and also Server Wise / PHP wise I think there is stuff that can be optmized.

Anyways, I have been thinking about asking someone to do the job for me... But I have two questions remaining.

1. What would the the hour rate of someone who can help me?
2. Where would I find someone that could help me to tweak everything?

Thanks for the advice!
